Shipping can take anywhere between 1-5 business days depending on the size and weight of the goods and the location they are being shipped to. For Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Most orders that are finalised by 11am gets delivered the next day.

Once you place an order, we will verify your order and your payment. Once verified, we will dispatch the product to you. If the item is no in-stock at our warehouse, it may come directly from the product distributor. This also helps us to keep our inventory low, prices sharp and shipping competitive because we don’t have to ship the same product twice.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Order payments are mostly taken out of your bank account as soon as a payment is completed successfully after your online purchase. 

When you place any pre-orders for high-demand products, you go in a waitlist and we will deliver goods to first in, first serve basis once they arrive in-stock. 

If you receive a damaged or a wrong product, contact our support team immediately and try to send some photos or videos of the product to help our team provide support.  

Any special order product orders can not be cancelled.

Package tracking is the tracking number for your order. You can use that tracking number to track the status of your order in the relevant delivery carries portal, e.g. Australia Post, Star Track, Toll are just some of the carries we use frequently.
